After a free 15 min discovery call Karen will craft a healing programme, allowing you to design your own bespoke combination of modalities. You can change your mind on any given session as to what you feel you need that day. Modalities include: Vinyasa Yoga, Embodied Feminine Movement, Somatic Experiencing Skills, Breathwork, Voice activation, Vocal Rehabilitation, Humming, chanting or receiving a healing session of Osteo-Cranial gentle Touch and the sonic vibrations of a restorative Sound Bath from Sacred Instruments.

Bespoke private or small group sound healing, corporate sound baths, and team-building connection activities, designed to enhance relationships and communication amongst your staff. Additionally, we provide Singing lessons, Voice coaching, and Osteo, Cranio-informed touch therapies. Karen is a seasoned international singer and performer with extensive experience in providing live bands for high-end events, specialising in Jazz and Latin performances she works with International Musician of the highest calibre.

SOMATIC HEALING & LIFE COACHING

Karen's Certified Somatic Experiencing sessions are trauma informed, to help you unblock emotions and dissolve unhealthy patterns. Based in Peter Levine's Polyvagal Theory - your sessions

explore a holistic somatic approach to healing. Less focus on talking, this body centric approach helps you to develop a deeper connection to your body’s innate wisdom that guides the healing process for yourself. Karen uses a combination of BREATHWORK, MOVEMENT, SOUND and Osteo -Cranio Sacral Informed TOUCH. This work will enhance your emotional resilience, reduce stress in your Nervous System and result in improved self-regulation which ripples out into improved relationships.

YOGA & SOUND HEALING

Karen can bespoke private Yoga sessions aligned to your specific needs, challenges or injuries. Whether you want to rehabilitate, build strength or cultivate grounded calm state of being Karen can support your goals. Her explorations go deeper. By sharing profound drops of wisdom and Yogic Philosophy, she will help you gain clarity and resilience.

Sound healing can be added to your private Yoga session or booked separately. Benefits include: reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep, lower blood pressure, and enhanced mental clarity and focus. It promotes deep relaxation, balances the nervous system, This ancient practice uses sound vibrations to align the energetic body. Sessions can be 1:1 small groups or large corporate group sound baths, all fostering a sense of well-being and promoting cellular regeneration for overall health.

VOICE COACHING

Karen is a Speech and Language Therapist and seasoned performer who can offer you technically informed Singing Lessons and Voice Coaching or Rehabilitation. She specialises in Contemporary voice, Jazz and Latin styles. Her deep understanding of vocal pedagogy informs her vocal coaching and breath work to ensure you learn solid technical foundations to underpin any singing style. With 30 years of experience as a professional performer she can guide you through career choices, auditions and ensure you are ready to pursue opportunities. Karen has worked as an Associate Lecturer in Voice for Surrey University, ACM, City Literary Institute. She has performed around the world and presented at Sibelius Academy; International Jazz Voice Conference. She has also provided Presentation and Voice Coaching for high net individuals and Corporate Clients such as Citibank and Bank of America.
