Tap into your breath and inner wisdom with this 45 min slow gentle flow. Ideal for beginners or those with injuries or if you just like to slow it down at the end of a busy day.

A gentle Vinyasa Flow aimed at promoting functional mobility. Ending with a Yin style rest and restore.
