Release tension, energise the body, calm the mind, challenge yourself…  Promote mind and body connection and free up the neck, shoulders and lower back. In addition this practice includes mindful yoga postures to promote deeper flexibility, as well as strength and balance in all parts of the body

Fun and challenging with emphasis on the breath and alignment. Expect synchronised movement, breath and music - where the soundtrack will guide and keep you in the rhythm of the practice. Ashtanga/Rocket inspired, focusing on stillness of the mind and yoga beyond the asanas (postures).

Progressive sequences, incorporating Asana (physical postures), strength training, Pranayama (breath work), meditation and mindfulness practices. Expect to be guided through classes that will encourage you to be curious of your individual experience, explore the body's capabilities, build strength and foster awareness.

This Yin & Nidra class offers a restorative practice to help you slow down, unwind, and reconnect with your body and mind. Through long-held Yin postures, we gently stretch and release tension, creating space for deep relaxation and mental clarity. The practice is designed to support both physical recovery and emotional well-being, offering a grounding break from the demands of daily life.

A creative, fun and dynamic movement practice which will encourage you to explore the breath and the body, guide you to move fluidly with awareness and delight and, through deep release and reconnection, will lead you home to your Self.

Somatic Yoga

Somatic Yoga combines breath, embodied movement, sound, and touch to support a gentle reconnection with your innate body wisdom.

This class is suitable for all levels and offers a deeply nurturing space to reconnect with the wisdom and language of your body.
