Fun and challenging with emphasis on the breath and alignment. Expect synchronised movement, breath and music - where the soundtrack will guide and keep you in the rhythm of the practice. Ashtanga/Rocket inspired, focusing on stillness of the mind and yoga beyond the asanas (postures).

A creative, fun and dynamic movement practice which will encourage you to explore the breath and the body, guide you to move fluidly with awareness and delight and, through deep release and reconnection, will lead you home to your Self.​

Yin & Yoga Nidra

The Shala, West Norwood

A gentle yoga class that combines yin & restorative poses plus nidra in a slow, meditative and deeply relaxing practice. The focus of this class is on quieting the mind and gently stretching the deeper muscles, joints and fascia in the body.
